However, if you experience a genuine technical issue, duplicate transaction, payment error, or are unable to access purchased content due to a platform-related issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter.
Any technical, payment, or access-related concerns should be reported within 14 days from the date of purchase. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for refund review.
Any exceptions or refund requests, where applicable, shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Evolving Mindset.
